This policy explains what personal information Crosscourt Social ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language, because that is how we would want to read it too.

Who we are

Crosscourt Social is a members' padel club operating in Mallorca, Spain. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at contact@crosscourt.social.

What we collect

Membership details: your name, email address and phone number, collected when you sign up or contact us.
Player profile: information you choose to give us in the player profile form, such as playing level, gender, playing hand, preferred side, session preference, Instagram handle and any notes you add. All profile questions are optional.
Payment information: payments are processed by Airwallex. Your card details go directly to Airwallex and never touch our systems. We keep a record of your plan and payment status.
Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

How we use it

To run your membership: payments, session organisation and match-making.
To contact you about sessions, events and club news, including by WhatsApp and email.
To operate member benefits, such as partner discounts.
To feature club photos and videos, only if you told us that is OK in your profile. You can change your mind at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Who processes it for us

Airwallex processes payments.
Cloudflare hosts our website and stores member records.
Email delivery providers send our transactional emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our use of it. Email contact@crosscourt.social and we will sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only what is technically necessary to make the site and checkout work.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
