Terms of Membership

These are the terms that apply when you join Crosscourt Social. By signing up you agree to them.

1. Membership and pricing

• Yearly membership: €180, billed once per year (the equivalent of €15/month). With the both-sessions option: €240 per year.
• Monthly membership: €20/month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. With the both-sessions option: €25/month.
• Founding members keep their signup rate for as long as their membership stays active without interruption.

2. What membership includes

• One hosted session per week (up to 4 per month), in the ladies or mixed session. The both-sessions option covers both weekly sessions (up to 8 per month).
• Access to member events, retreats and partner benefits, subject to availability and each partner's own conditions.
• Session places are subject to court availability. We organise and host sessions but court time depends on our venue partners.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed securely by Airwallex. We never see or store your card details.
• Monthly memberships renew each month. Yearly memberships renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• If a payment fails we will contact you. Membership benefits may pause until payment is up to date.

4. Cancellation

• Monthly memberships can be cancelled after the 3-month minimum. Tell us before your next billing date and the membership ends at the close of the paid period.
• Yearly memberships run to the end of the paid year and do not renew if you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Playing and safety

• Padel is a physical sport. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for making sure you are fit to play.
• Please tell us about injuries or health conditions that could matter on court, and follow venue rules at all times.
• We may ask anyone behaving in a way that harms the community to leave a session, and repeated issues can end a membership (with a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period).

6. Partner benefits

Member discounts and benefits from partner businesses are offered by those partners and can change or end at any time. They are a perk of membership, not a contractual entitlement.

7. Photos and videos

We photograph and film sessions and events for club channels. We only feature you if you agreed to it in your player profile, and you can change that choice at any time by contacting us.

8. General

• We may update these terms; significant changes will be communicated to members before they take effect.
• These terms are governed by Spanish law.
